He has supported CCTV implementation, transparent digital payments, society bank account setup, and is enabling a payment gateway for automated collections. He finalized quotations for MyGate and Park+ (planned post-election), and added the society POI boundary on Zomato and Blinkit for smoother deliveries. As Joint Treasurer, his focus is "startup-grade" governance—automation, audit-ready records, real-time transparency, and processes residents can verify with confidence.
